hey, heres a thought-Episode 23, "Fistful of Energon" is described as Prowl going to hunt Starscream but finds competition with a Decepticon bounty hunter. Do you think that he bounty hunter is Lockdown, or do you think it could possibly Oilslick? And what is their connection? i mean, afterall, Lockdosn's face is painted on Oilslicks chest.

 

Awesome catch on the painting on his chest. I didn't catch that at all.

Props on that. I can't wait to see the backstory on that guy whenever we get to see it, seems like quite an odd character.

 

I was thinking the same thing that Oil Slick might be in this episode.

 

I'm pretty certain it's Lockdown.

Good call on Oil Slick, I'd never notice these little things unless someone were to mention them.

Oil Slick's chest design doesn't look anything like Lockdown

I just don't see it. I see where it kind of looks like they have a similar outline, but the patterns just don't match up.

 

dude, nice with the pic thingy! and i know think 1 of 3 things-either i was kinda wrong and out there, or maybe Lockdown's face has been scarred due to the destruction of his ship, or maybe it could have something to do with Lockdown, but as the outline, not his real face.

Oil Slick reeks 'HUMAN' to me... I still think Meltdown.

 

I had the same thought that Oilslick might be the bounty hunter mentioned in this episode what keeps bringing me back to Lockdown is something from that CN Animated card game where having Lockdown in play reduced Prowls effectiveness ive always felt that the ability was an allusion to Lockdowns making Prowls job harder in Fistful of Energon.

 

I didn;t think it was anything other then some tribal tattoo thingy.
I'm not convinced it's anything to do with Lockdown, more likley they were just designed by the same guy and under the same artistc influences.
