Takara: Finally pulling their heads out of their asses. Too bad the toys don't have heads! Which was the reason I was satisfied with Ironhide and Ratchet junkers for now. But I'll certainly bite on the minty fresh reissues, especially if they continue with G1-style packaging!

But speaking of reissues, why are they only releasing 2/3 of Tripledacus? Only Gimlet and Motorarm so far have been announced.

Meh, these 'bots are not very high on my list of reissues I would want to buy.

I already have my originals from when I was a kid which I keep for sentimental value. But jeez, what terrible designs for the bot mode.

So it seems reissues are back on the map!

Wicked. I'll get an Ironhide since the prices for either original or Ehobby reissue are too steap...

AWESOME. Two of the last G1 Autobot cars I need..... I had held off till now because the figures themselves are so, well.... we all know what they're like. And given their inherent drawbacks, I just couldn't justify the cost for minty ones.

Now bring on Wheeljack and Mirage..... :)

The designs might be terrible, but at least these have not had a general
re-release yet. Of course these happen to be the last two cars I need to have all the two years cars. So yeah me.

Yes!!! I will be getting these 2 because the last time they were released, they were "show exclusives" and were never released via retail. I hope Takara reissue Trailbreaker too! :D

Infinitely excellent. Two more holes in my G1 collection filled. Keep it going, TakaraTomy. Preordering these babies as soon as I hit 'post quick reply'.

Pre-ordering those was more important than hitting "post quick reply", heh.

Trailbreaker and Hoist would make a lot of sense, considering the Hoist reissue was US only. Problem is, they're not very popular toys. I saw Hoists clearanced out for $8 around here. I'm worried Trailbreaker would be a dud and they should go with Thundercracker, Skywarp, Jazz, Prowl, or Sidewipe first. At any rate, the Encore line was light in Autobots until today! :D

Ah yessss. These will be nice add's to the collection. Hopefully we see a variety of reissues. I wonder if they are going to do 4 again this time like the last set or if that was just and introductory offer and now it will be 2 per wave?

Not sure if this a YAY! or a yawn...

Hopefully TakaraTomy will reissue something from after 84-85 next.

Cool. I don't know if I'll get both, but I don't have this mold yet so I'll at least grab one of them (likely Ironhide). The Vanette mold has always kind of fascinated me with its strangeness.

Perhaps they will finally make some heads for these two?
