The torso transformation for Magic Square's Light of Freedom seems to borrow a lot from MP-10.

Although, this time the head goes where the rifle did on MP-10.

Yep, Shadow Fisher did a set of replacements to correct the "gorilla arms". They aren't for everyone, but they sure as hell are for me! Love what they do to his proportions. I should also note that the hands are Eness and not part of the Shadow Fisher set.

 

i wasnt talking about his shoulders though friend. i said "the gap between his chest and back" basically were his traps would be on a human, not the parts at the top of his arms. its basically the same problem i had with power of the primes hot rodimus. im hoping either it has a panel to cover all of that ugliness, or a third party makes some cover pieces for it (like with rodimus, or MP36's back)

 

i really like what they do with the truck bumper/grill, neat trick but wish they had made room for a matrix

Yeah, although I haven't seen any for a while unfortunately (not sure if that has changed). Worst case, KFC also makes a set of hands that are pretty similar and still available on ebay, but you'll most likely need to tighten the fingers with future.

 

Now if SF would have made a set of legs that could hide the wheels and get rid of the bulk on the sides....gold.

Pretty smart fix too since (I assume) it'll be more difficult to fix the legs. I take those panels on the arms act as extenders when it's in alt mode to fill the gap?

 

And I was pointing out the over extended shoulders was an error. They look ridiculous in the OP.

That's true. -Not what I'm worried about in the figure, but true.
I think most people familiar with Optimus Prime's character design realize that his shoulders and knees don't really work in the real world, and so toys of him have to add extra parts in the gaps.
