    Hi all,

Not sure if any Robocop fans here but thought I’d share one of the first weathered pieces I ever done ;)  I’m a big fan of the original film and especially Ed-209

I managed to pick up a loose Hot Toys 2nd edition ED-209 (Hot Toys : RoboCop - ED-209 1/6th scale collectible) very cheaply one time since it was pretty banged up, anyway instead of restoring it, I went the other direction instead and thus began my love of weathering and all things dirty :D

    Hope you guys like it

As NemesisJazz said, it’s a must watch! For a film over 30 years old, it’s still so watchable today!

    haha thanks bro! :rock

    nice website u got there!

Btw I wanted to ask what are u using to seal everything once you finished your models?

tbh I’ve never been sure what’s the best way to protect them after, any ideas? :D

Glad you like it   ..when I'm sealing I just use spray lacquer for car bumbers etc ..now what do you use for rust and what is your technique? ;)

oh ha u mean something from like Halfords or something? :D

Haha the rust I’ve always been using the same AK rust streak paint for all my projects

Buy Rust Streaks online for 3.50€ | AK Interactive

And technique wise it’s just still brushing and using thinner to do fades, nothing special :p

..just brought a new loose transformer figure today on the cheap...Gonna start on my new project
