Has anyone had any experiences with this seller? Is he legit? Several of his positive feedback entries are private which concerns me. However he has Ebay gives him the Top Rated Plus seller designation. weixiaolu2013 on eBay
This guy went rogue and cheated lots of people in January and February. He would ship fake or empty boxes to the US and have them be undeliverable. Ebay canned his account a few days ago.
I noticed that as well. His listings were removed a couple weeks back or so. I should have updated this thread with that info back them. He scammed me for Stomp X. I realized this long before the package was supposed to reach me. I called paypal right away and they refunded me within a week. I ended up buying it elsewhere.
He scammed me for DX9 06-Terror. I was finally able to get a refund (or so ebay says, I can't see it yet because I used a Credit card and not paypal) yesterday. Fortunately, Ebay put out a $15 off $75 code last night and I got another one for about the same price. We'll see if that one is legit in a few weeks.
