I'd like to think at this point people on here aren't the ones thinking they're going to buy Badcube Sunsurge, Dx9 Gewalt, Fanstoys Willis, etc for $55-$75- but thought I'd post a warning/reminder, lol.
Seller has 700+ feedbacks but whole first page is Lego mini figures. Now a TON of high end Transformers figures are listed at STUPID prices and jokers are bidding/buying. I just don't get people.

Don't get me started!! Dumb fucks who see a $150 figure for $40 plus $35 shipped make me lose faith in humanity. Probably the same assholes who ham fist toys, break them, then call them garbage and insist that they should hold up to chimpanzees screeching while man handling them.

I actually saw willis sell for way under $70.00 from private sellers second hand.

If you want to have some fun seeing if you get your item or not there is a chinese seller who doesn't even sell hardly any toys selling Gravity Builder cranes for £35.00

Exactly! You never know it's a scam till you try. Then if it is, PayPal has your back.

So PayPal can increase fees due to the amount of fraudulent transactions and then everyone pays the price for other people's idiocy!
    Hooray for democracy.

I thought I'd try. My Spotter has been in customs for 3 weeks. I'll be refunded in 5 days. There's a slew of these sellers. I don't get it lol I get my money back so, whatever.

From the sounds of the descriptions, these are reject figures. Ones the factory was going to otherwise throw out for an imperfection. Or stolen goods.

I tried for Ironshell from a similar seller. $38 for the toy and $30 shipping. Xiaohua324.

Similar seller + situation. Giving it a shot

-Over 700 positives of transactions under $15 and non Transformer related items. Most of them under $5. CHECK!

-Unbelievably low sucker baiting prices! CHECK!

    - Random multi-colored text that makes the auctions look they were posted by a kindergarten hopped up on meth/copied from a whole bunch of random stores. CHECK!

Yes go ahead- get screwed like a willing idiot as you feed the cycle of scammers.

I don't get these people. If you pay with paypal and its a scam you get you money back. What do these scammers hope to achieve. They lose in the end. And cause total inconvenience for the buyer. Bottom line play it safe and buy from a known online store. Evilbay is full of scammers and I will never buy anything from it.

Well maybe that's where you're 100% wrong. If there was no PROFIT there would be no scammers.

Logic would suggest there are loopholes in the systems that transfers funds to these illegitimate sellers. The scammers must have a way of processing the payments and getting access to the funds before their stores are flagged and shut down. Paypal attempts to recover the funds- but they most likely fail. They operate at a loss to ensure buyer protections. Surely you can understand that- given your avatar Swindlle.

There are many trusted, authentic and wonderful Chinese sellers on EBAY. The evidence of that is all over this forum- there is even a 'trusted EBAY seller thread'. Just like there is clear no bullshit information (in some of my own posts) on how to recognize and avoid scammers. Allow me to quote myself

Educate yourself and check it out.

I don't get it. You see that it's river of molten lava. The ground around it is burning to a crisp. You can feel the heat from it. Yet you still dip your toe in it anyway and act surprised when you get burned.

  Oh kid- you completely misread the humor in my post. No I wasn't implying that you were dodgy or even directly insulting you. Here let me explain and spare you a few more strokes on your W and T and F keys-

Swindle is a TF character that cheats everyone- yet you didn't understand why EBAY scammers are successful at cheating people. The joke kind of wrote itself. :p

The point of my post was to educate you on the fact that there are legitimate sellers on EBAY that you can buy from without worry. You can have all the TFs you want- if you just use dem smarts of yours.

    Cheers bro! :D
