So anybody order anything from baba's website ever have a package seemingly stuck in export customs? its been same place for 3+ weeks. Yeah, I'm having a similar issue. I've messaged Babo in the contact section next to my order #. I'll update you if/when he replies. My experiences with Babo have been pretty positive (minus the recent high prices).
From Baba "Hello friend. We contacted the logistics company to confirm. The logistics provider replied: Affected by the epidemic and China Post's capacity and processing capacity, the packages that began to be sent on November 1 are currently in this state. The parcels are waiting for air shipment at Tianjin Customs. I hope you can wait patiently." Sounds good to me. I can wait a while longer. He's always come through for me before. Have you reached out to him? Any reply?
Ah. That makes sense. It sounds as though all of his packages sent after Nov 1 are stuck? I'm really not too worried but it does kinda suck.
Looks like my Crimson Wings is getting returned to sender. It's been stuck since early November like everyone else's orders.
Same. Returned to sender. What a pain. Hopefully he resends things quickly. I had another item from Babo pass these stuck items in transit lol.
I ordered 3 Devil Saviour bots and Crimson Wings on the same day, but they were sent in 3 separate shipments at the same time. Crimson Wings arrived within 2 1/2 weeks and the other two packages say they have cleared customs on 12/14 but haven't even made it to the post office so i have no idea what is going on. On another note, I have two orders from AliExpress from their 11.11 sale and they havent even cleared customs. So yeah, we are in for a long wait.
Do you have an account on their site? Check your inbox on their site for coupons. You can always message them about whether they have received the item back. Also keep in mind that Baba's in Tianjin, which is in a partial lockdown due to Omicron at the moment. Stuff may be a lot slower flowing in and out of the city.
They've messaged me and re-shipped it since I made that post. Still waiting on Yanwen to deliver it though. It's been in the country for five days now...
Does anyone knows what this phrase means when you are ordering form baba's site: "you will get $8.00 discount when you buy $40.02 again"?
So, considering pandemic of January 2022 in Tianjin, did you have issues with packages not being send by baba?
They just shipped out DS TC and SW on Monday. I’m still waiting on FT Rig and some other stuff to ship. So they are quite delayed. I’d ask through their website whether or not that eBay account is theirs.
Anyone heard from them? My item hasn't shipped for nearly 2 weeks. Messaged them on facebook and no reply.
After 2 weeks of waiting he replies and says he checked with the manufacturer and they haven't shipped my order. Despite the item showing as instock on their website. I suspect he doesn't want to ship it to me because I applied a coupon code. No follow up or eta from them. I've read reports of issues with bababobo before. So beware of them wasting your time. Off to PayPal refund I go.
