The product purchased here was defective. Has anyone received a replacement? In my case, one and a half months have passed since I requested the replacement, No response for more than 3 weeks... Not very interesting...
I highly recommend checking in for an update no less than once a week. After doing that, if there's no progress after about 3 weeks then file for a refund. You want to take this approach with any seller.
That's right... If I have previously requested a replacement part on Aliexpress, if it is a seller with a good rating, I have arrived early from 1 to 3 weeks and have never requested a refund... Wait a little longer. If there is still no response, request a refund. Thank you reply

Didn't work About 2 months have passed since the request for replacement parts, and there has been no response for 1 month since his last post. File a dispute to return or refund to PAYPAL... Unfortunately, he does not seem to support replacement parts.
A message was sent via PayPal because there was no response from both the inbox and direct mail. There seems to be contact within 10 days...
Hey guys are Baba and Taobao seller Little Bee Prince one and the same? I've heard great things about LBP customer support which almost rivals that of Baba. Not to mention LBP has a very high feedback rating on Taobao. Furthermore, I noticed Baba has started using the same "Pre-order" and/or "Toyzone.Taobao.com" graphics in his listings that LBP uses. If LBP is based/ships out of Tianjin to the Taobao warehouse then it is Baba for sure.
I bought a THS Sonic Wave on July 28th from Baba at the same time as an MMC Sphinx. Sphinx arrived on Aug 10th, but Sonic Wave still hasn’t shown up. The tracking number attached to Sonic Wave doesn’t appear to be legit. I contacted Baba about it, and he apologized and said I’d have to wait. I know Baba is legit and have bought from him many many times. Anyone have advice on how I should proceed?
I received a full refund message from PayPal. Even after PayPal reported, I asked him several times, but there was no contact. I intended to withdraw the claim when I received the replacement part ... Unfortunately, it didn't happen. I returned it today.
Has anyone had any luck getting a reply when messaging him through his online web store? I don’t see any other info to directly contact him.... anyone know how beside eBay? Or know of another email address or has he provided one when you placed an order. I haven’t yet. Thanks
