    Ebay:
    Hey fellow TFWers!

I have what is probably a simple eBay question that I'm hoping someone can help me out with. I have an item that ended without a buyer. However, someone made me an offer after the auction had ended. I've decided to accept his offer, but we both want to complete the transaction through eBay. (Yes, I know I'll have to pay fees this way, but so be it.) He wants me to send him an "eBay BIN" but I've never done this before. I asked the buyer how to do it, but he says he's never done it either, just received them from other sellers. So, my questions is, how do I send someone a buy-it-now offer? I assume I'll have to relist the item, but what then?

Sorry in advance for being a noob!

Easiest way is to create a BIN auction & send him the URL to it.

As far as I know, this is actually the only way I know how to do it - which isn't saying much since I don't really know a whole lot about ebay.
