    I believe when you click confirm/process order you're locked on that converted price on your on invoice regardless of any outside changes.

    No. You are just confirming you are paying in US Dollar. Exchange rate is super volatile. No way Amazon will take that risk.

    Well, I preordered Devy Superion MP Optimus Primal for $359.76 total in September from AMZ JP and when I receive my items in March I expect to pay exactly that.

    We probably haven't got a flash sale yet because of the ebay bucks.
    I have a feeling we will get one a week or even a few days after the ebay bucks expire.

    History says tomorrow. They typically fell on Tuesdays and Thursdays last year. At least the later half of the year.

    I rather the coupon come on Feb 12, a day after China gets back to work so they can ship out our toys. I don't want to wait 2 weeks after I pay for the items to ship.
