Another Blast from the Past. It's Eartworm Jim now. Would you belive a TV show like this, came from a video game? I Can.

never watched the show, but i loved the games! hell, i even bought one not to long ago on pc for 2 dollars  

it's actually just an emulated game, on a cd rom. just pop the game in, and it starts. only thing different is that it doesn't have any save states.

but anyways, earthworm jim was pretty cool, and a very creative plat forming game, *sort'a*. one of my favorites, that would only be matched with comic zone.

now the tv series, idk, never saw it, though i might of watched one or two episodes back when it was on, i don't remember.

 

It is a sin and a crime that this show has only gotten an australian dvd release.

I'd buy the box set in a heartbeat.

And the games were awesome too, they're some of the few old games I reguarly come back to.

 

God I loved that show, I still quote it today, it so needs a DVD box set.

 

One of my favourite cartoons ever. I'd kill for a DVD box set.

 

I've only watch this show for Dan Castellaneta and Monster Peter Puppy.

 

Hahahah, I remember the game as well. So silly, but it was fun.

 

I'm already watching the parts about the raining Cows.

 

I remember seeing one episode of this and loving a joke.

The Princess is kidnapped and Jim is looking for places she's be in a book of Really Dangerous Places (or something like that). He is reading places out loud.
"Rivers of Acid? Nah... Planet of sharp pointy things? No.. Detroit? No..."

still makes me giggle when I think of it.

 

I'd love to see a CGI movie of EWJ.
