    Completely agree!

Makes me wonder if a 3rd party would do some seeker heads with replacement faces. Hmmmm...

It's also strange how variable the QC is. My set is perfect but so many people seem to be having a ton of issues. I wonder if these sets are running into the same small production run problems Botcon did?

No QC issues with mine I originally thought extending the arms and locking them with Dirge might be a problem but it wasn't just really tight. Cant wait for Thrust to complete the trio! 20200910_125540.jpg 20200910_131056.jpg

Keep an eye where the shoulders attach inside the chest. I thought mine were problem free, & just a bit tight, too, but later found stress marks. On all my ER Seekers.

Yeah, it's a known finding. My son hasn't been gentle with the Seekers and they've been holding up fine.

Sorry but could you specify where exactly? A photo would help :)

I just checked my copies and I found a stress mark for Dirge :( . Why exactly is there even a stress mark there? Can't think of what would cause it

I think it's from the pins for the shoulders. The shoulders themselves are strangely designed. The mushroom peg for rotation is attached to a disc, which is what the pin goes through, rather than just be a part of the folding panel. I suspect that's to give the mushroom peg some give, rather than let it directly torque the panel.

Ziltama posted that their child has been rough with their Seekers, with no problems from the stress marks, so, hopefully, that means the damage is from the pin & won't get worse.

Really hoping this is the case; I quite frankly hadn't realized they WERE on preorder as A. I was 100$ convinced they'd come out AFTER Thrust (then again there's those ehobby MP tapes) and B. somehow it took me a while to realize just how fast things have been going up for preorder after being revealed. I'm honestly going to be bummed if they don't do another run and I missed this but if they do it seems I can consider myself lucky.
Seeing as you and I think one other person mentioned Dirge having the wrong head I'm curious as to if there are Ramjet's with screaming faces somewhere out there. Would not surprise me if there's one set somewhere where both have the opposite head.
Having gotten the first three Siege seekers recently I mostly agree. The classics mold aesthetically did better and the siege mold had both a better size, better proportions, and bafflingly, wrists that this mold sadly doesn't. Still wanna get these guys because Seekers but still.
I do agree with the guns being show accurate; I think that's an intentional choice even if a somewhat unsatisfying one to some such as myself.
For as much as people have talked about wanting more/better paint this is definitely one of the times having more paint isn't the best thing. Looking back one of the things that made Henkei Ramjet look good was the fact that they cast the wings in red. If they'd at least cast it in the right color and added a small glossy layer or something on top it'd be fine. So I completely agree; a nice colored plastic can go a really long way unless it's something silver or gold.

I have been putting off opening mine... Based on what I have seen I assume I will find:

    1. Missing paint apps either on shins or chest

    2. Messy paint splatters

    3. Warped chest piece

    4. Misfired shoulder pins causing the transformation not to work properly

    5. One missing nulray cannon

    6. One wing on dirge that has a different shade of paint.

    Hasbro QC rocks!

It's easy to make that joke, but that's not actually the job of the QC inspectors. The job you actually want done is not one that actually exists for this type of manufacturing environment.

Can't help to do something about RamJet's weapons; no need to 3D design and print. My eyes are just so used to Classics Deluxe RamJet's jumbo missiles!
