Yeah, if this is how it’s supposed to be then they’d have to replace at least three other parts of the map for the lines to continue.
If you have an iphone or ipad (and msybe on android, I don’t know) there’s a native function in the notes program to scan documents. You might need to put it on a white piece of paper to get it to recognize it, but it’s pretty clever. There are also some third party apps that add a little bit of functionality (adobe and goodnotes come to mind).
I come forth to bring a new map update! This time I've received pieces for the Wave 2 Battle Masters (Rung and Slitherfang), the Seeker Elite pack (Skywarp and Thundercracker), and the humungous Scorponok section. Let's dig in. The Rung piece connects nicely with the lonely Smashdown piece left behind last wave. Hoping to see more developments in this area soon. Slitherfang's piece meanwhile does not have a clear point of connection, so it sits with the Seeker Elite piece in what I am calling the Mystery Zone. There's a lot to take in with the Scorponok piece. You've all seen the lovely legend of all the paths presented in the map, including the mysterious Fool's Fortune (my bet is on Mercenary ship). It also sits very comfortably next to the Sky Lynx piece; it's very satisfying to see the two big sections next to each other. Overall, it's really nice to see the map coming together. It's looking healthy. I have a friend getting ready to send me the Clones piece, so expect a smaller update soon. Apps like these are handy tools for creating digital versions of documents, but they won't do for our purposes. It's hard to get the piece to look perfectly flat on a phone picture, and the resolution won't be compatible with what I've been using. The suggestion is appreciated though.
I have the feeling that several pieces of map will overlap one another just like this one. because, if we calculate the number of outings already insured for the next waves, the wave will be very very small. I did a little demo: 1. I added the wave 2 : 1 leader (WFC-E23), 2 voyagers (WFC-E21, WFC-E22), 4 deluxes (WFC-E17, 18, 19 and 20), 2 battlemasters (WFC-E13 and 14) and 2 micromasters patrols (WFC-E15 and 16): 2. I added all we know about wave 3: 4 deluxes (WFC-E34,35,36 and 37) and 1 voyager (WFC-E38): 3. I added all we know about exclusives : 2 deluxes (WFC-E30 clone pack, WFC-31 autobot alliance) and 2 voyagers (WFC-E29 : seeker pack and WFC-E27: Elite hunters: I suppose it is the Dirge/Ramjet pack but maybe not): 4. Finally, i added the big ones: WFC-E24 Skylynx and WFC-E25 Scorponok: In this example, these are not the exact locations for the parts of the map, only their occupation of the necessary space BUT as you can see, there is not much room for a 4th wave. And we know that, first, we have to find space for WFC-E26, WFC-E28, WFC-E32, WFC-E33 before talking about the wave 4. IMO, 3 possibilities: 1. Some piece of map can overlap above another-> great because it extends the storytelling of the map. 2. There are more toys than pieces. 3. The map is maybe bigger than what Hasbro tell us. Thanks for seeing this post guys! What's your feelings?
Most likely no. 2, we already know dead prime doesn't have a map piece, I doubt he'll be the only one. Also wave 4 is definitely going to be a small wave for sure.
@Ikkad 's most recent map, with coloured paths (blue for space bridge, red for ark, purple for nemesis, green for quintessons, grey for fool's fortune)
Apologies for the sub-par photo but figured since he was just sighted people would like to see Snapdragon's piece.
