Cyclonus - I LOVE how solid his plane-mode is compared to the Universe one from a bird's eye view of it And that bot-mode, even all squished up and mis-transformed, is BEEFY. It's everything I ever wanted. Some size-comparisons would be ideal, though I'm not holding my breath he's as big as Ultra Magnus (They were the same size in that one episode they had together, right?)

Maverick - HOOOOOOOLY...! Did NOT except that'd be the next Collaborative figure.

Megatron - Is that the ER mold or the Siege figure repackaged? I can't even tell from the pic - the plastic color looks really close compared to what has been show and the face isn't as looooong. Still waiting for a repaint to differentiate it from Siege.

Soundwave - Not unexpected and it meets the expectations I had for it.

Thrust - Same.

Thunderhowl - Is this the Cyberverse equivalent of a normal, non-gimmick crippled transforming figure? He's surprisingly BIG and the only other figure from that line I'm getting unless they're some other new beast-bots yet to be revealed...

 

Much different than leek week too!  

 

That Cyclonus is not only everything I've ever wanted from the character, but makes me excited and hyped over what a possible Earthrise Galvatron and Hot Rod may look like.

 

I am most curious about that Soundwave, the arms look like they could be the same with minor paint differences, the legs look mostly the same with paint differences and minor retooling to the side, chest looks significantly different as I'm holding my Siege Soundwave in my hand and the way its laying on the bed gives the impression that he does NOT have a big set of thrusters on his back, theres something we can see between his legs that could make up something.

I dont think this Soundwave is a straight repaint, looks like a similar deal as with ER Megatron so we may see a completely different alt mode, likely a tape deck of some kind.

With a new Soundwave, I'm EXTREMELY curious as to if we will get a new Soundblaster, chances are high I would think, I mean why not?

2/3 Sounwaves before a Blaster makes me want Blaster even more. I think it is possible we may see him in part 3 especially with this new Earth Soundwave etc

 

Has anybody figured out what mold Maverick is retooled from? The wat the jet nose folds...is it Earthrise Starscream?

Doesn't look big enough to be the old Jetfire/Seeker Gen mold.

 

So if I follow correctly, there is still 1 Leader Class figure left to reveal right?

That code is different from Sleep Mode Optimus Prime / AUOP, so I'm hoping we see the rumors of a non G1 Leader Class homage character come to fruition

 

I think it's a new mold we haven't seen yet. Unless it's heavily retooled to the point of unrecognizability.

 

On the hand, they're essentially rereleasing Soundwave in the ER line.
On the other hand, it gives people who missed out on him the first time to get him now.
Alo, maybe ER Soundwave will see the rerelease of Rumble & Ratbat?

 

A rotorstorm as a generation select? so means a repaint/remold, and deluxe...well i suppose Spinister mold. Good mold but...even remolded i wonder how they could match his transformation scheme with his dual tail on the shoulder.

 

That Maverick needs a Univer Skyfall repaint with Renderform like head pronto. @Venksta if they do a skyfall can you do a Cyberjet head?

 

So the new Transformers Crossover wasn't just a one and done, that's good to see, I wonder what next year's crossover will be?

 

I have long loved the old Deluxe Cyclonus mold, and this one definitely seems to take some inspiration from it in terms of the transformation, while being tremendously more accurate and full in terms of the vehicle mode and robot proportions. Cool.

Soundwave, just finished applying the Reprolabels to the Siege figure, but if this guy does a true boombox mode I may not be able to resist.

Megatron, I'm fine with Siege. Did they keep the battle damage on his legs?

 

For the love of god let that crossover figure be real!

 

My guess is, maybe Star Saber or Deathsaurus??? Or Rodimus Prime???

Perhaps Maverick is completely new mold???

Maybe Hasbro is going to rerelease all Soundwave Spy Patrol with new Earthrise packaging, same goes to Smashdown, Rung and Astrotrain

 

That'd be great, because every recordicon after Laserbeak&Ravage has been near impossible to find.

Based upon the Rumor forum hints, there will be a Leader that is red, has a base mode and was in Car Robots 2000

 

I'm sure it's been said already, but... for a line theoretically based on bringing Cybertron back to Earth, Cyclonus is a very weird choice.
