Does anyone have any experience with dyeing plastic? I'm looking to make a custom Impactor using the FoC voyager Soundwave/Blaster mold, basically was wonder in if submerging blue plastic into red dye (or vice versa) would result in a purple finish and also if submerging grey plastic in yellow or orange dye would create a bronze colour?

With alot of the newer dye from RIT, they no longer work to dye plastic... I have spoken with a rep from Rit, and they stated they did change the formula for the retail version of their dye... There professional line still has the old formula, and it will dye the plastic...

I ruined about 20 figures trying all the various processes before learning that RIT changed their dyes.
