So here is a project I just recently had the time to finish, my overhaul for DX9 Hulkie. I've always liked the Hulkie set, however I found the articulation and stability to be a bit lacking, plus he sacrificed a lot for the all in one combination. So I wanted to fix all there areas and here he is now

There are new forearms and a mount for then, new shoulders with flank fillers, new midriff, new hip assembly, thighs and knees. The hip changes are pretty self evident, I went with the studio OX style because why not, but the arms are a little more clever. The new forearms have a pretty well hidden elbow and the new shoulders raise and shift back the shoulder line to a more natural and muscular position. It also dodges the issue of Hulkies weak default shoulders. Here are all the new parts and a demonstration of how they articulate

Finally here he is compared with the OS Hulkie (might fit a kit to him too, haven't decided yet). I think its a solid improvement, but I'd love to hear what you guys think of it

Wow, I didn't appreciate how much it changes his silhouette until the comparison pick. Better aesthetic, articulation, and stability what's not to love here! Now do the big one already.

I'd absolutely love a copy of this set for my MFT-17. Love the higher shoulders and the new thighs.

Thanks, I'm trying to decide if I should do one for the big guy or not, I it would be a lot of filament but it would look pretty sweet

I'd love to be able to distribute them, but I don't really know how I'd go about doing that at a price that isn't insane

I really like the looks of this and would definitely get the OS kit for my devastator!

In case anyone cares how he looks with war giant. Better, but still a little small IMG_20190426_220443.jpg

Upload them to thingiverse or myminifactory? If you're looking for compensation, myminifactory has a payment model, though I'm not sure how good a deal it is (like I don't know how much they keep or whatever). And with the files, those of us with an odd version of the mold (I've got the Wei Jiang version) can size it to our needs.

I’ve got the Wei Jiang version on the way, I’d love to be able to add this upgrade to it :)

Make a set for the #19610 middle sized Hulky. He's already close in size, with those mods he'd be perfect. 20190701_170837.jpg

Y'know, I want to track down a copy of that midsize hulkie, because you're right a kit on him would make him perfect next to war giant

I sold my 1to1 KO Hulkie but kept the OS+ one in case someone makes an OS WarGiant.

I'd love an upgrade set for the WJ OS KO version.
