Is anyone good with Photoshop? What would Gewalt look like in Armada Starscream colors with a Screamer head of course? Why? Because I always though G1 Starscream was deserving of a reformatted body. If anyone can render me a colored image u would be grateful.

 

The pre-order listing on LBP says 3rd quarter, so don't panic before 30th Sep.

is there going to be any difference between the reissue and the first version? i'm wondering whether to get this guy on ebay or wait for the reissue

 

I'll part with mine when FT Thomas is released, probably before a reissue happens.  

 

Wouldn't imagine there'd be much difference, the Mirage reissue was identical and the Carry reissue was identical save for a smaller box being used.

 

Sorry to ask, but has this reissue been and gone? I wouldn't mind grabbing a Gewalt, since Berserk is still in limbo (and will probably be a nightmare to transform, like a lot of Fanstoys stuff)and Ditka... Well, I was happy when I got it, but the poor posability and drab colours are starting to annoy me. Plus I'm afraid one of his feet will explode again (went through two replacements before I got one that held together)...

 

It still hasn’t been yet, taking a while to reissue it for some reason.

 

DX9 is busy with Capone. Hopefully this is next.

 

Won this guy in an eBay auction and I am excited to get him! Always looked cool in pictures.

 

i was tempted by ditka because the tank mode is very nice, but the way they changed the tan colour to a weird ugly green-brown kind of ruined the blitzwing look for me. G1 blitzwing was iconic to me as a kid because of his unique colours for a tank, off-white and purple.

 

I still love Gewalt, he is one of my absolute faves in my collections. Somehow he is one of the closest an MP 3rd party has kindled that feel of opening and playing with a decently large G1 toy. Something about the colours, the plastic, the way things all feel like they're meant to go where they go. That's probably why I am able to so easily overlook the head thing in tank mode.

 

Preach.

Gewalt is one of a handful of TFs that I routinely pull off the shelf and actually play with because he's just that much fun to me. Big, beefy, solid as a brick and imposing as all hell, just the way a triple changer who includes a freaking tank as an alt mode should be. Totally worth it.

 

Haha I think I was bidding against you. Been looking forever to get this. As much as I want Fanstoys Bezerk, it's going to be years since this one comes out and who knows how good the figure is. I'm just bummed out that I missed out on this figure by not picking it up sooner like Maketoys Seekers.
