I think this could work very well as a G1 Backstreet. (One of the last G1 figures I recall getting)

Oh cool, didn't know that; I never paid attention to it since I wasn't a big Cy-Kill fan. I'll have to watch one of the reviews later.

Crasher's hood didn't become her chest. Also Crasher and Mirage have different altmodes and different transformations, but whatever. Close enough right? Race car is a race car.

This seems to be an update of 2007 movie Fracture's transformation, but with a new car mode looking less like a Formula One racer

I do hope this stands around the same height as Salmoore. All the Go-Bots were roughly the same height, and if these guys start doing that consistently, they'll have a regular follower. :)

GoBots had a scale chart. Officially Crahser was 3.35 meters tall! Almost exactly 11 feet.

Cykill being half the size of Leader-1 on the official Go-Bot scale chart is too funny. Talk about a one-sided fight. :lol  At least Transformers had the sense to mass shift with Megatron.

That said, this looks pretty good! Not 100% accurate to Crasher's bot mode but close enough. A Mirage redeco should most definitely be in the works if DX likes money at all!

Leader-1 is 4.2 meters, and Cy-Kill is 3.5 meters. Hardly half the size! Leader-1 is about 13.5 feet tall, and Cy-Kill is 11.5 feet tall.

Don't take my words so literally. Still doesn't change the fact that it's lopsided having the main villain be so short and shrimpy compared to the main hero character. Where's the threat? TF did it right by usually portraying Megatron as big/tall (if not bigger/taller than) as Optimus, at least, even if mass shifting was involved.

Honestly, should anyone be worried we would loose the gulf war because of the difference in heights of Geroge Bush and Sadam Hussain?

Cop-Tur usually ended up fighting Leader-1 in combat, and that was usually in alt mode in flight, jet vs. helicopter, not punching, or while commanding space craft, which were usually piloted by Crasher and Scooter.

Cy-Kill was a planner, and he also had several powers (hypnosis, smoke screens, boomerang wheels!), and commanded an army of loyal minions, and monsters like Zod. That was his power. He didn't have to be as tall as Leader-1 to be a threat to Earth.

This is yet another way GoBots was better written than Transformers. Being a leader didn't mean being the biggest and strongest in GoBots. That was something you would see in He-Man and Transformers.

The toys of the Super Go-Bots I had as a kid has Leader-1 and Cy-kill as the same height. I wouldn't want the main bad guy to be a shrimp compared to the hero, so I hope they make Leader-1 the same height.

But I was never much of a Gobots fan. It's tempting to get an updated one out of sheer novelty, but that's it. I'm surprised Leader-1 wasn't announced for the next Neo Gobot.

I wonder if they will do a white Crasher and a red Crasher.
