    Hello,

I was inspecting my Binaltech Smokescreen the other day and noticed a small spot on his hood where some dust had gathered. I wiped it off the best I could but there still seems to be a faint outline of it remaining. Can dust build up on a transformer and damage their paint?
Then I was thinking maybe the outline (the size of a water drop) is simply where an extra drop of paint dripped during the original paint application and I never noticed it before. And if so, maybe it's because of the slight unevenness caused by this drop that caused dust to build up there. I was wondering if anybody ever polished their Binaltechs or other transformers and if so, what's the best product to use?
Binaltech Smokescreen is one of my favorite Transformers and his paint job is outstanding, so I'm VERY hesitant of using any chemicals on it whatsoever. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's just paint. Any automotive polish should work fine. I just wouldn't buff or scrub it like a real car because of the paint aps.
