Have you ever put storebrand and Kraft brand Three cheeses together and think it'll actually still be Three cheeses? What if it's no longer 3 cheese but four now? Maybe it's 6 cheeses due to the fact that the companies got them from different chemical setups and locations despite having the same labelled flavors? At what point does "asiago" isn't asiago anymore? What cheeses do these companies even chose for the three cheese selection? What cheese doesn't make the cut? Will pepper jack Mac never exist? And where does chester cheetah fit in with this conspiracy? Why did I only see the bag-o-bones Mac and Cheetos at the food pantry instead of the store?

Probably a very stupid question, even for this thread, but here goes. How do I make friends? Like, I don't care if its somebody on discord I never end up actually meeting, I just want to be able to play games, chat, and hang out with some like-minded people.

Get out into the world and meet new people. If you want to play games and cards, see if your local comic / gaming shops / board game cafes have drop-in nights/demo nights. If you're still in school, join some clubs or social groups. Volunteer at a charitable organization. Join a local sports league. Check online event listings for singles events or hobby groups who meet up near you. If you put yourself out there and meet folks, there's a good chance you'll meet some who you end up becoming friends with and hanging out with outside of the group/events/whatever, and until then being in a semi-structured social setting like those events let's you practice your social skills.

actually, Aernaroth above has the best advice. if your area absolutely sucks with all that stuff, then joining a few discord chats could help finding online friends as well. just be careful of the weirdos out there tryna convert you into a jerk or something.

What is the point of owning something like the Roku Express or Amazon Fire Stick? They "give you" a bunch of streaming platforms, but they don't actually give you them. You still gotta pay for the individual services monthly. And you can watch those platforms just fine without these devices, so what's the point?
