I'll have milk in my tea at break if I can get it, four glasses of milk with lunch, another when I get home, a couple more at dinner, and once more with dessert before bed. Every day.
Pepsi Cherry Coke Ginger Ale Cranberry Juice Chocolate Milk but nowadays it's only water for me. Gonna get that beach body in time for summer.
During the day I've been a tea and water person but recently I have been unfaithful to tea with coffee. Someone at work introduced me to this amazingly original amaretto flavoured coffee which has been my temptress of a beverage As for booze I used to like red wine on a night out just because it often proved a cost effective way to get slaughtered in my student days. Sadly red wine can be pretty abusive to your body when you've had too much so I had divorce that stuff and I have been on the Guinness in social occasions. I just remembered another drink from my student days which was strange. Has anyone else drank Goldschlager? it has little flakes of gold in which if the old drinking tales are to be believed (which is probably not) cut the back of your throat so the alcohol goes straight to your blood stream really fast. like I said probably a myth and just there to look pretty but fascinating stuff either way.
