In DOTM, the scene where Shockwave commands the Driller robot to attack the building, is an interesting line from Shockwave.

At first I thought it was just cybertronian gibberish, but then I turned the Captions on, went to the scene, and sure enough, on the DVD, it has Shockwave saying:

"Driller-bot is thirsty"

I have no idea what it's suppose to mean, it's one thing if Driller-bot was HUNGRY, but thirsty...

And no other lines as far as I know, she watched the movie 100% through with captions on and that was the only other line Shockwave had.

Shockwave only has 2 english speaking lines in the movie. When he first runs into Optimus he says "Optimus!" and later when he commands the Driller to attack the building he does say "Driller-bot is thirsty!"

 

I also kind of heard him say "Driller-bot, commence." But it may just be in my head.

 

I heard him say Commence, as well, but it still doesn't show up in the subtitles, but, then again, Animated Shockwave was once called Chugway in the subtitles too, so could just be a mistake. A funny mistake, but a mistake nonetheless.

So people were right, Shockwave does say that.

I guess the Driller is thirsty for human blood, he is a vampire!

Or Shockwave could have just gave him a Gatorade...they are great thirst quenchers!

 

Damn it I want that as a Gatorade commercial!
