When Optimus called the Autobots, Drift said a Haiku after the whole "the rules have changes," and "Humans are back stabbing weasels" ... What exactly did it meant? It must've mean something for trusting the humans or being betrayed? I just need a clean clarification as to what he meant exactly.

I missed the line, but since the humans were hunting the Autobots down and killing them, it seems natural he would call them backstabbing.

Either he was working with NEST before the humans started hunting him down or another Autobot told him they used to work for the humans hunting them down

Drift meant the humans were backstabbing, because the Autobots were granted amnesty after the alliance was terminated between Autobots and N.E.S.T./the U.S. government, from being hunted.
It's why Ratchet kept declaring he was an Autobot before he was killed.
