If you look here, you can clearly see that Drift is not the one screaming like that. So, who could it be? It could very well be from an entirely different scene, or it could be in that scene but we don't see who sreams? Leave your thoughts below.
But his mask can make facial expressions as you see him smiling in some of his toys and stuff. So if he were yelling, the least he could do (if he's wearing a mask) is make an angry face lol
Toys are not always accurate though, especially with masks. Ironhide has a stupid battle mask that he never uses in the movies.
What am I supposed to be seeing? I can't view the image.. Razor, whatever format you're using doesn't seem to like my computer very well..
You can see his mouth opened in the trailer but I'm pretty sure the scream itself is just some reused Cullen scream.
It's not just shouting with rage it's kiai. People often seem to be confused as to why people "yell" in battle so let's put a few things up there: 1. At the most primal level, kiai is like a battle-cry. You've all seen war movies with samurai and knights and stuff. (ie Braveheart) People scream passionately as they charge into battle. To express rage, fervor, or just to intimidate the opponent, of course. 2. On a "spiritual" level kiai expresses the spirit, intent, and force behind your attack (hence ki-ken-tai-ichi in Kendo). It's an expression of your battle spirit. 3. On a physical level, kiai helps you breathe and smooths out your bodily motions. Inhaling prior in attack, trapping the air inside your body so that it could "explode" into the strike, when you exhale through your kiai, aids your respiration in the whole process. It could just be dubbed in from somewhere else, or the animation isn't quite finished, or he finishes going "HAA" before you see his face again. I think this one may be being overthought here.
His body was turned away while he was screaming so it's still possible that he said it in that particular moment.
