For me it's different, Both G1 options make use of very large partsforming pieces that renders the leader bot as a useless backpack...

DST's Superion looks cool but it is also an almost all built in combiner... Furthermore, the individual members have better alt-modes and articulation than the FT's or Zetas's versions... The excuse of FT and Zeta for their laziness was to not compromise the bot modes... And yet they lack articulation and a clean jet mode... Go figure...

 

The amazingly clean jet modes on these are a primary draw for me. That none of the limb bots have a robot torso hanging off the fuselage is alone worth the price of admission in my eyes.

 

I'll stick with Zeta

Agreed, looking back at the limb-bots now, my god they look good in alt-mode.

 

Not my cup o tea so I’ll just say it once and be gone. Over-styling aside, it kind of toes that oh-so-dangerous, Michael-Bay-feeling, red line... almost like they were Baybots but with G1-esque heads on them, I don’t think I’d even recognize their botmodes otherwise.
But hey, what’s shitty to one man is awesome to another man with shitty taste.

I get ya. I'm kinda feeling more of either the styles of Travis Knight or Don Figueroa with this set. If someone smashed Silverbolt in a million pieces and put the head on top of the aftermath pile though, THAT would be a Bay Superion, haha.

Thankfully everyone has different tastes so there is plenty of variety in these masterpiece figures  

To me these feel similar to the Cang Toys Predacons which I love. If they have similar size, weight, sculpt detail and articulation, I will be very happy.

i understand not liking naysayers in my thread. But I firmly stand by discussion, and in saying your piece once, and if you don’t like the toy, let them enjoy in peace. If you can’t handle that, you may want to grow thicker skin?

 

Blue text denotes sarcasm, usually used for comic effect, etc. This is more like somebody intentionally posting something inflammatory and being a jerk, then trying to cover their ass by coloring it blue.

Blue text isn't a get out of jail free card, but a tool for comedy. I've said my piece, so I'm going to drop the subject now.
