Sorry to have to tell you this, but that's not going to be possible considering how many other video game companies apparently have you by the balls.

Dude, no, Bioware has always really been the main one. I even said in another post that given the choice, I would pick this over Uncharted 2. Trailbreaker has been slagging me about it ever since I said it. It's always been Bioware, back since Baldur's Gate on PC.

...No, I meant since you've been held up by the balls for so long, you're no longer capable of...

    ...Bah, nevermind. Joke Fail.

I get it now, but I am late at usual :)

I put 10 bucks down on the special edition, for this game, I am going to be a sucker, even though the in game items and cloth map are pretty sweet.

Can someone help me out here?

I want to preorder the game but do you get the armor for Mass Effect 2 by preordering anywhere? Do you have to preorder at all to get the Blood Armor?

Everywhere seems to have a different goody for preordering and none of them say Blood Armor.

And I do have to admit, that it is looking a little silly that everyone is always covered in blood in all of the movies released so far.

It's not really a pre-order bonus, it comes with every new copy of the game, like the Stone Prisoner.

This one has a decidedly more attractive female -until she turns into Shelbob.

And also, PC gamers can create their character now.

I just got a character started last night. And I am happy to say that the game runs well on my lap top (well the character creator does anyway).

One thing that is AWESOME, it that based on your character model, you can take a snap shot and use it as your portrait throughout the game. What's great is that in addition to changing the angle or your camera for the portrait pose, you can also change the character's expression. From smiles, to cocky grins, to angry scowls to....... cross-eyed stupid-looking poses, lol.

It will be my birthday present.

The character creator is amazing (like Mass Effect before it). And the ability to make a portrait out of your own model is just an added bonus. This game is going to rock.

Oh and Trail, take this with an extremely huge grain of salt, but there are rumors that Mass Effect 2 might come to PS3. It's not likely, but some EA listings have shown it to be the case. It's not a big deal for me because I have a save on my 360 from part one, but you might find that interesting as ME is one of the best RPGs EVA'!!

Is it like a Final Fantasy RPG?

Nope, not unless you mean Final Fantasy 12, which only shares a somewhat similar battle engine. This is darker fantasy, Lord of the Rings shit, with characters that come from the experience Bioware has had with previous deeper RPGs. I have a lot of confidence that their return to the fantasy genre will be great.

Not quite sure on what FF12 battle engine is like I hope it is similar to what they did in 10. Sounds like something I'd like to try if it does come to PS3 I will look into it.

Oh, I was referring to Dragon Age. Mass Effect is Third Person Shooter/RPG style fighting.

Final Fantasy 12's battle system fucking blew monkey chunks. Real time action is dreadful for the FF games, it has to be turn based.

Dragon Age, has a lot of familair traits to things like Fallout 3 and Mass Effect.

No, because you can pause the action when you do a special ability. I think it's more comparable to a Tom Clancy shooter, where you sent to walk and shoot more, not so much run and gun, but you give orders to your team.

You take your ship on story missions, but you can also pick a random solar system and land on one of the planets and explore on your own. The settings are awesome, and the character development is also very good.

I really hope it comes to PS3. It's an excellent game that everyone should experience. Too bad they dropped the ball on the Iphone version. It could have been an awesome top-down RPG.
