    Oh WOW, that beauty is AWESOME. The detail is great.

    If only they could make it a little more G1-accurate. The side protrusions look too big and should be blue. The sphere should be orange with other blue spheres around it. It's a good reason to rewatch the Optimus death scene to pick out these details :) 

    This is soooo up my alley.

    Someone in this forum collecs all the different matrices, and posted a phenomenal picture of them all together.

    Is that person still out there anywhere? I'd love to see that pic again, and see how this compares to the others.

    It needs more cowbe-*shot*

    But seriously, it would be much better if it opened(dammit) and if there were more coloring to it so I can mimic that last scene of the 86 film with my MP-9 Rodimus.

    I'm unsure about these as I'm a stickler for toon accuracy, I would have definately picked up both versions had they been more toon accurate but as they are I'm 50/50. They still look very good!

    I wonder if they had ran through all the TF cartoons, movies and comics to identify what are the cute and interesting accessories to produce? Could be fun!

    Looks like they might be big enough for my Umtra Magnus to hold correctly....and them not opening is always a bonus in that respect :D
