Hey guys, I just want to discuss Hasbro's downsizing and quality of their figures. Do you think the figures will keep getting continually smaller? I doubt it, but do you think they will ever make them larger again? They need to up the plastic quality too. They will obviously raise the price. I just want to hear what you guys think.

I'm sure eventually they'll grow, then shrink, then become ultra-gimmicky, then far too complex, and change again and again (though not necessarily in that order), given the brand's history.

When the economy is as it was 5-10 years ago, then toys will be similar to they were 5-10 years ago. So check back in 15 years.

I say yes, the trend will continue in the long run. It's because of the constant pressure for firms like Hasbro to grow, and the knee jerk, myopic reaction that this can only be achieved by cutting costs.
