I Just seen this on twitter, looks like a new DOTM DVD promotion from Takara involving special colored mech-tech weapons?

Mr.MAEDA of TOMY showed in spring.I removed a mark of TARGET, and sale of LEADFOOT in Japan was realized.

I obtained two of three kinds of new campaign items.

If reprolabels gets on top of this problem, this could be interesting.

I'd love to paint mine, but find working around all the labels challenging. If this ends up being the incentive to make a set of reprolabels I'll be in great shape!

I wish TakaraTomy did as well of a job on the movie toys as they did on the Henkei figs.

Its like the differences in Human Alliance Jazz, except going in the opposite direction and looking worse. TakaraTomy did not get the license from Nascar since there is no logo on the package. This is strange because Deluxe Roadbuster is the same as the Hasbro version. It does not make sense. Originally I thought that only the Target logo was omitted.

I like the black stripe along the side though. But the hood does look pretty bare without that Target logo.

 

They should have at least replaced the target logo with the autobot logo and used some of the fake TF related logos that were on Wal-Mart sideswipe. Total missed opportunity here.

 

A guidance paper of TOMY was replaced with a new one. An item to release in November and December was placed.
