hey guys.i want to show you all what i have been working on the last couple of days.this is my take on dotm prime.it is a rotf prime which i have made new abs for and deattached the swords and made them handheld instead.he has been repainted on the boring light grey areas to make him look more like prime in dotm.he is still fully transformable.i also made him a new big shotgun like in dotm.i hope you all like him.

 

That looks great man, what did you use as handles for the blades?

You should try a source a shield for him from somewhere.

Also, his cannon looks great!

 

thanks man.i appreciate it.i made curved handles for the blades.i had some leftovers from voyager ratchet.i used a small curved piece from his leg,and i was thinking about an axe and shield.i still need a little painting,but thanks anyway

 

hey guys does anyone have good idea for a shield.?in dotm it looks like optimus tears a piece of his trailer to use as a shield.it looks dented and not the same size on all sides

 

It looks a lot like Sentinel's shield, at least the portion we can see in the pic...

I love how the silver looks, great job!

 

youre right about the shield looks a lot like sentinels.i just watched first fight with shockwave over and over,and now i have an idea how it looks and btw its not silver.its dark grey mixed with metallic silver.it just looks like it in the pics because of bad light,but it is a dark grey on him like in dotm. i am happy how it turned out.i will add some new pics later on.

Nice job! May I recommend some gold detailing? Like on his knuckles, the springs in his biceps, the two circle parts on his waist, etc...

i was also thinking about ordering some some new hands from shapeways fore him but i dont know if they ship to Denmark.

hi guys.yesterday i ordered new hands from shapeways for optimus and i bought ultimate op which i am going to make a combat armor like jcsum has made.i cant wait to get back to work on him.i really enjoy this alot.
