I wanted to custom a series of figures that come after DOTM, sort of like epilogue. 1st of the series is Soundblaster. Inspired by frenzy_rumble version of soundwave, the custom started off with identical formula. I've asked myself the question of what follow after the 3rd movie - DOTM. So, I thought Soundblaster lives on and started contacting decepticons that are hidden around Earth. (As seen in some of the official Hasbro repainted figure bio/description from 1st movie). If only I have better writing skills, I'd make up a more complete story, lol. - New ball jointed head - New arms - New weapons - New oversized chrome rims (from Alternator Prime) - Metallic & Flat finishing for better presentation of the Hummer H2 - New weapons and accessories - New companion Buzzsaw & Ravage - Some details in reference of the G1 version More pics here
You sir, should win an award. That is an absolutely gorgeous Soundblaster. EXCELLENT WORK on this project.
Nice work. My only criticism is minor, but it could probably use some purple. I noticed a reddish tint in the windows, but I think it would've worked better if it was actually purple.
Very cool,and well done. The rims however don't match the truck or its purpose though, you've got a stealthy, S7 esque military vehicle with 22's nice enough to make 50Cent smile.
You know, I don't care. The rims look really good with this mode, even if they don't scream surveillance/communications vehicle.
Thanks guys! Somehow, when I was working on the accessories parts, I thought of you Yea, I was undecided to go for purple or red. End up with red as I like that reference more I can totally understand. I wasn't sure myself, but I just like that oversized rim on him, so I thought WTH, lol.
saw the link in the brawl thread this guy is superb. I never liked ratchets mold much but you did an awsome job. Buzzsaw looks GREAT with the rest of the detail on the back in alt mode.
Those are incredible man! love how the weapons look like antennas and nice wheels. All the small details make this beautiful.
Awesome work man. Really, a Soundwave update being some sort of surveillance vehicle (like this) would work great as on official release.

Yea, I think I know how you feel. The hands and the new parts making him less "alien" as we see in the movies. Noted that down for my next custom in the series
