I think, if this is close to the real transformation, that it is inferior to the ROTF mold. However, I think between the two molds, you could make a really kickass Jolt.

 

is it me or the feet sort of look like Classics bumblebee's feet in some way

Wow, the DOTM line sucks ass, usually by now at least one or two figures has caught my eye,
not this crap..hopefully the one and only one I actually want is decent looking, I want pics of the
Leader Bumblebee, hope he's not just a retool of the Battle Ops mold.

So far they look like upscaled FAB's or more articulated Legends, making them an easy pass,
worst line I have ever seen so far, and I am no fan of any mainline between G2 and Classics
at all, I like G1 & G2, then from Classics on, hope the damn movie is better than the toys.

Blatantly mistransformed, and it's pretty obvious that it IS actually his back. I will be very shocked if it isn't.

 

is there a patern here i smell? to trigger the fans whoever upload the pics purposely make the figure look horrible at the
first apprearance so we fandom rage or hasblow or something so the we fandom keep make the site/threat alive.

I wouldn't be surprised if people miss transform the figures on purpose to get this reaction of the forums. Because the forums act RIDICULOUS whenever they see these miss transformed figures. If I got my hands on a figure, i'd probably do the same because of how dumb everyone acts. It's as though a bad looking figure is Hasbro purposely letting down the fandom.

No my friends, this is Hasbro trying something new to see if it sells. If it does, then Hasbro is a genius. If it doesn't, then honestly, i doubt Hasbro would even take that much of a hit, since people will still buy their stuff anyway. And if it sells slightly less, well then Hasbro will change their game.

That's how a company works.

 

I thought ROTF Jolt was OK - sure a fold down tab on his foot and longer whips and a movable head would have helped but aside from the loose chest and that it didn't tab properly he was actually O.K. to me.

I got the repaint recently and was broadly speaking very satisfied with him.

 

Almost looks like a Fast-Action Battler to me. No thank you

I'll stick to the ROTF Jolt. Atleast that one has it's whips.

 

I am so taking up customising.

 

The arms kind of look better, everything else...not so much.

 

but i really love the blue. why oh why.

 

The legs look less chunky too.

It's just that chest that... makes no sense.
