    Please clarify, you mean the Target one right and not the Takara-Tomy one?

    LUGNUT1995 means the 'Target Exclusive' DOTM Arcee.
    The US 'target Exclusives' used to be 'Woolworths Exclusives' in Britain but now that Woolworths no longer exsists those exclusives go to Tesco instead.

    That's based on what I remember from back when Ol' Woolie's was around.
