edit: dorkside just canceled my soundwave for some reason.

 

I ordered Soundwave and Dracodon on Monday night. Tuesday afternoon (after already receiving order confirmations and a shipping notice for the pair that morning) I got a message telling me Soundwave was cancelled from my order because of an "inventory oversight". When I emailed them 15 minutes later they said that it was too late to cancel Dracodon because it had already been picked up by USPS - though the tracking number disagrees. So I guess I'm gonna be the proud(?) owner of a $20 Dracodon whenever it shows up.    

 

I'm still pretty salty about them canceling my Spinout/Cordon pack and never letting me know until I inquired about it last month. assumed it was sitting in a warehouse waiting for Black Rotichi to show up.  

 

Yeah I’m kinda annoyed at the soundwave cancellation “inventory oversight”? What did you only have 1 on hand?

 

They did the same to me back on april with Huffer, appeared as in stock but they sent the rest of wave 2 but cancelled huffer.

 

I emailed dorksidetoys this morning after seeing your post and after waiting 4 months for Spinout/Cordon, they cancelled my pre-order too!!! I am so salty about it.

So damn shady especially since I was told via email beginning of April that they would get Spinout/Cordon in and to be patient. Now Spinout/Cordon is soldout at most places for retail pricing.

People who have done preorders with DS, did everything go ok? I’m thinking about ordering the Seeker 2-pack from them but I’d hate to have my preorder cancelled on me or severely delayed by months or anything like that. I know there can be outlier situations but on the whole of it would it be worth my time to use them?
