So its basically all the apocalyptic movies rolled into one. All that's missing is a catacyclismic natural disaster (maybe a meteor), killer robots (from the present or future), and bio-engineered monster animals or super giant monster (godzilla/cloverfield). I guess they had a budget. I'm sure they spent a ton of their budget on the writing so they didn't have enough left over for more special effects.

If it gets good reveiws I might watch it. Okay, I might watch it for cheap as a matinee date movie. It'll give plenty of "that was a BS" chatter.
