you get distracted by other stuff you dont need in the first place lol Every time i try to go to the Dollar General store to buy some speed stick deodorant, instead i end up buying pringles, sunflower seeds, pop/soda, Vanilla gift cards and movies for DVD.
Don't go to a major chain grocery store if you can't contain yourself in a dollar store. If you think it's bad enough that dollar stores have a lot of stuff, a major grocery store would bankrupt you.
Im just saying that every time i go to the Dollar Store to mostly get deodorant, i end up instead buying pringles even movies for DVD or blu ray since theyre cheap at 2 to 4 bucks.
I'm not sure what kind of response you're looking for, since what you can't seem to resist buying can be acquired at virtually any non-specialty store in any town that has a convenience store. Maybe just take enough money to only buy the deodorant next time so you physically can not be tempted by cheap and probably low budget direct-to-video DVDs?
Your Mom wears Speed Stick??! I love the Dollar store for their Minute Maid frozen lemonade cups. They're prefect for hot weather in the summer, but I hate waiting in line for them. The people in front of me are always paying with cash and coins. Who carries coins these days? Also, most dollar stores are in shady parts of town with weirdos wandering around.
I was under the impression most people on this board are weirdos.... Being into cars and dinosaurs that turn into robots...but what do I know ..
There's a fairly big difference between nerds who collect and play with toys and criminals. I never went to a comic convention and was wary of being attacked by a nerd in a costume. The dollar store on the other hand...
One of my friends used to be a manager at the Dollar General in town and was legitimately asked by a customer one day if she knew where one could get some crack.
I got all my school supplies at the Dollar General. I went today for batteries and walked out with 3 bags of peanut M&Ms. Plastic crack? Everyone here are already hooked on it.
I have that problem with the Grocery Outlet that shares the block with my apartment building. Go in to get a loaf of bread, come out with snacks for the next week, a cutting board, dressing and salad fixings, several pizzas, and several types of dairy. XD Just never know what you're going to find in there! --Moony
