Are there any Dog Transformers aside from that Steeljaw that came with Mudflap? My son was playing with his Duplo dog and asked if I had a dog transformer, never really though about it.
There was K-9 and Wolfang from Beast Wars...and some other wolf-beasts in G1. Also: Cybertron Snarl Mini-Con Scavenger (and assorted redecos) Beast Machines Quickstrike G1 Carnivac G1 Fangry (sort of counts, yeah?) Beast Wars Jawbreaker Beast Wars Silverbolt was half-wolf...
I think Carnivac is definitely referred to as a mad dog. K-9 just because of the bio and repaint as a German Shepard are really all that make it a dog, but it was made from a wolf mold. Carnivac says he's a wolf in the bio a flying one at that ha.. I guess cats have that edginess needed for boy's toys ha. I figured there was a dolphin one from some Japanese Beast Wars line. Hey found on it's called Beast King Dolphin.
K-9 is actually extensively retooled and very much a dog. As far as I know the only one. He's a pretty fun toy as well.
Don't forget Shmax.com: Dog. I know it's not really a Transformer, but it's at least a dog sold with a Transformers product. There is a Kre-O bulldog, as well. Jawbreaker was a hyena. I think the only Transformer who was actually a dog and not a wolf, not counting accessories like Steeljaw, was K-9. Only one I know of anyways.
