Hasn't been seen in the trailer yet. I'm thinking Soundwave is doing his own thing and running his a agenda. Him and The Fallen has something going on and I think the Cons' will clash against each other some point in the movie.

Go back during the G1 cartoon series the Cons' clash against each other. I'm thinking that Fallen will try to take out Megatron but Megs and his loyalists will fight back.

I think Soundwaves staying out of this battle because he knows Megatron isn't doing whats best for him, he can see The Fallen using the opportunity for his own reasons/rise to power.

I haven't read the novel or comics but I think someone somewhere posted that Soundwave and the Fallen were working together.Maybe TF3 will be Megs vs. Prime vs. Soundwave (trying to overthrow Megatron. And yes I know HOW loyal Soundwave is, but this is the "Bayverse" that we now live in)

    I'm thinking like this:

    Megatron Troops:
    The Seekers
    Barricade
    Blackout
    (Possibly More)

    Vs

    The Fallen
    Soundwave
    The Constructicons
    Sideways
    (Possibly More)

We here at TWF2005 need to start writing these movies!!! When we collaborate, our ideas blow away Orci and Kurtzman
:thumb  Also, it makes so much sense that Soundwave gives the CC's their alts before they get to Earth and the Devs is there to tear up the pyramid!

I can't see Megatron and The Fallen co-existing. Something will go down between the two.

i think that sw is forever loyal to megs and thinks megs should be the only leader and he has to get the fallen out of the picture. but he cant take down megs's idol so he has to wait until megatron also wants to destroy the fallen. when their trust breaks sw will gladly go against the fallen as if having never thought of it.
    "soundwave, destroy the fallen!"
    "as you command, megatron!"

Nah. I still think SS will still serve Megatron. If this is the plot SW would be the most logical to betray Megatron.

"ironhide, i didnt order you to do that!"
    soundwave: mwahahaha!

Nah if anyone is gonna stab Megatron in the back it's Starscream. I think Orci and Krurtzman will stick with Soundwave's persona from G1.

Think about it. If SS wants to be the leader of the Con's, it's better to side with Megatron than Fallen. At least he knows the Megatron can be defeated. Fallen can't be defeated and for Soundwave..............

Soundwave, Megatron's intelligence officer.[106] He transforms into a Cybertronian craft with jet and satellite capabilities.[104] The concept artists also designed an Earth form of a Chevrolet Silverado for him to upgrade into, which Orci stated was dropped.[107] In the 1980s toyline, Soundwave's alternate mode was a micro-cassette player. The filmmakers had tried to work him into the first film twice, and these roles eventually evolved into Blackout and Frenzy. The latter character was particularly thought to be too different from the original.[108][109] Welker voiced Soundwave in the original cartoon.
