I have always wondered this and have included it in my little log book but now, I am second guessing it.

I go nuts on after holiday sales. I have tons of ornaments, valentine's cards, toothbrush holders, dish sets, socks and other such things a grown man has no business owning.

Should only toys count in the "collection count"?

If it doesn't transform, it doesn't get counted..... at least at my house

It Counts as Part of your "Transformer" collection yes, but Not as part of you Toy Collection .... so don't call your Collection , your "Toy Collection" call it your "Transformer Collection" so that it definently belongs with them.

    So if you have
    - A bunch of Action figures
    - Statues & Busts
    - Comic Books
    - Appearel
    - Anything Related to your Transformers.

    Then it counts.

You know what i mean ?

Now if some-one asks Howmany "Figures" you have , then that's another story....

Nah. I have seven 40-gal Rubbermaid bins full of merchandise from the first movie... I just consider it a kind of subsidiary part of the overall Transformers collection, like DJ Soundwave said.

any thing could be considered a collection as long as you have multiples of the same items. like if you have multiple mice, you would automatically have a collection of mice. lol.
