Does Magnus have a realistic shot at appearing next season?

    I just picked up his figure and love the design. It'd be a shame if he doesn't show. But what are his chances realistically?

    yes if only because he appeared in the Rage of the Dinobots and has a upcomming Weaponizer toy.

    I think he will show up at some point and I pray he won't be killed by the end of the episode.

    I think he'll appear in the next season. I can't see why Hasbro would release 3 different molds of a character that wouldn't be in the show.

    So let's sum it up:
    1. He had an alternated form appearance in Orion Pax
    2. Got Cyberverse toy
    3. Got Voyager toy
    4. Appeared in Rage of the Dinobots series
    5. Will be released as a Weaponizer toy

    If 3 toys release and a comic appearance don't constitute at least one appearance/episode in S3, then nothing will. Personally, I think if he get his own Weaponizer toy and not an Optimus Prime repaint, that would almost guarantee he'll be in the show. Otherwise why would Hasbro put so much effort with his toy and not putting him in the show? I guess we'll find out more in Feb/Mar 2013.

    Most shows that have a toyline running with it wouldn't add an extraneous character like this. I'm certainly hoping that he shows up, but who knows?

    I hope it's some badass Hi and Die performance where he saves the universe. One that makes Cliffjumper look like a total putz by contrast.

    He may show up as a flash back.

    When WJ was mentioned to BH that generals flee, I wondered if WJ talked about UM.

    It would be interesting if UM would show up and stay.
