For Transformers 3 So are they going to keep Mikaela Banes character alive but not there, kill her off or simply have this new girl walk in and play the same character lol. also this has been on my mind and i know it happened in the Revenge of the Fallen but does anyone think it will play out like in the 1986 movie? Where Optimus dies, passes down the Matrix of Leadership to Ultra Magnus. Does anyone think something similar may happen? Like Bay actually kills Optimus off (seeing as it's the last movie) and he passes down that weird looking Matrix, if he still even has it..to either Bumblebee (since he is the main character, basically Hot Rod, Rodimus Prime?) or something similar? also do you think he may go the J K Rowling way in the last Harry Potter? i would put it there but may be a spoiler to some? lol..i think most people can think of how it ended..
Bay won't kill Prime off again in the movieverse. Been there, done that. What do you mean by the "J K Rowling way"?
Here's what I'm ASSUMING will happen... Megan Fox has been seen on set during the first couple weeks of filming. You guys remember that pic of her by the recently-revealed upgraded Bumblebee? I'm thinking she'll be in the very beginning of the movie and killed off right away. After all, there's still the confirmation of Decepticons "assassinating" humans in the movie so maybe Mikayla is one of their victims. Maybe they'll have a short funeral scene, Sam meets Carly, and it all takes off from there.

bay will not kill off prime and maybe mikela will get a small part but i doubt it. we;ll just have to see what bay does.
This sounds really stupid, I admit, and lame, BUT. Does anyone think they could possibly pull a Power Rangers thing. For most of the original cast, they came up with some story device to introduce somebody new, and phase out the original. So, she can go to another country or disappear.........or get killed. Just a thought.
I dont think Michael Bay would kill off optimus prime... considering that was one of the only comprehnensive plot point of the 2nd movie. Still no reason for him not to pass the matrix on.
you don't need the actor there to kill them off. picture it Sam kisses Mikayla goodbye as she drives off, as Sam watches Mikayla drive someone (a decepticon in car mode), plows into her motorcycle. Sam runs over crying lifts the head and all we see as the audience is the back of a brunettes head and someone on a motorcycle under a helmet.
Optimus didn't really die off in the last movie, there was no real mention of him dying. Seeing as to bring back Megatron & Jetfire they used shards from the Allspark. They used the Matrix of Leadership on Optimus. Basically what i meant by kill him off was actually KILL HIM OFF. Like he DOES NOT return lol. Like the 1986 movie, he died and passed the Leadership to Ultra Magnus but in turn fell onto Hot Rod/ Rodimus Prime. So seeing as Bumblebee is sort of the main character throughout the series why wouldn't Bay go down this path? As for the J K Rowling way, if you read the last Harry Potter you'd have seen that she kind of went over the edge with killing a lot of people off..really for no reason lol. So do you think Bay would go on that path? Close the series with a lot of sacrifice? Basically so far it seems more Decepticons have died and stayed dead as oppose to Autobots (after Revenge of the Fallen i still wonder who is confirmed dead and who will return since the Twins and Arcee disappeared but the Twins will be back?!) all slightly confusing..i need a trailer a short plot summary lol..NOW!
i dont think they'll kill him off, but some kind of 'Optimus leaves to persue other things and leaves BB in charge of earth' kind of deal would be a nice touch. theyll prob kill Mikayla off then pull a Several Years Later thing
