Wait, wait, wait! What is this? Some kind of exclusive? Who released it? When was it released? Why didn't anyone tell me about this?

 

I believe it was a magazine giveaway figure or a lucky draw and its rare to find....some fellow members on here probably know about it more than I do and can probably help answer your question better

 

According to luckydrawtransformers.com it was a luckydraw exclusive from Seibustore and has a unconfirmed number and so far none have turned up
