Ive been trying to pick up as many as i could find this year on ebay and online. Ive got about 15 plus a few on the way in the mail. im started to really like them, just not sure how ill squeeze them into my TF collection. does anyone else collect these? i loved em when i was little but never had too many of them, 3 i think.
i love the hell outta them...still have a bunch from when i was a kid...and i plan on buying some reprolabels to resticker them eventually...and one day i want to have them all...i think i've got 30 or so now...i should make a new display with them sometime....and see what ive got and what i need.... and i love the headmaster episode where they show up. in fact, i want to watch it again now...
Cobra Zartan is heavy into it. I believe he's very close in getting done. He's just working on the really hard to get japanese exclusive ones now. PM him.
Yeppers. Got all of them complete with weapons, sans a couple of majorly-rare boxset exclusives. They're on my list to track down eventually, but there's been too darn many campaign Microns to stay on top of in recent years, so I've been distracted. oh yeah, ive got 2 or 3 of the vehicles, and i think ive got all 4 comics as well...i'll have to dig through my boxes and see...i may sell the vehicles, as i dont really need them as much...
I've been a huge fan of these since I first encountered them in the 80's. I finally completed the US ones, but now one figure needs replacing; Back on the hunt again...
Didn't they come in little japanese boxes, with either a decepticon or autobot logo on them? I would love to get the ones with a decepticon logo on them....
i loved those lil things.. i wish they would re-do some of them. esp. like the laser/orb beasts..........ive got a box full at home.... i still like the bat and the monkey and the fish(es) the most
As cz said, I'm one of them too, but have spent a bit more time getting rid of some and only holding onto my faves. Zariganian FTW. Seeing as I still have a boxed Japanese BB, to say nothing of guys like cobra zartan with enormous Battle and Laser Beast collections, it's quite easy to debunk the whole "BBs have TF rubsigns" rumor. Sadly, ToyFare's article a while ago didn't help matters. But allegiances are associated with several of them, the easy rule being birds and mammals equal Cybertron, and reptiles and aquatic life equal Destron, with some exceptions. Kinda like Maximals and Predacons.
Yeah I am a big fan, was a big fan of these as a kid too. My collection is quite small right now, but I am wanting to expand. Its tough because the little buggers are so damned expensive!
