Does anybody feel that this forum is getting lonelier everyday?

 

Not a surprise. It's just people talking about the same crap that has already been talked about 10 times over.

Without any new information about the movie there just isn't much to talk about these days. Once we get some plot details, some concept art, or some movie trailers things will pick up.

 

It's not too bad. Was it more packed back then?

Maybe we need new movie and prime show to start again

 

It is a nice break from the crazy movie threads. But really there isn't much to talk about.

 

Dont worry, there will be a new thread about rock songs to play whilst watching the battle scenes or complaints about Megatron's alt mode soon enough.

 

All things and trends have their cycles. I always find TFW to be a lively source when I need it. I go on maybe once or twice a day, mostly on B/S/T threads, so maybe that is why it always seems fresh to me.

 

Not more lonely. This forum is becoming repetitive.

 

Besides toy news, whether Japan stuff or new releases here, there has not been a whole lot to talk about.

But when Botcon news starts flowing, and club figures start shipping, and soon enough another toyline starts, and then more movie rumors... the forum will liven up again. As I said, all things have cycles. Transformers as a whole is at a lull right now. Hell, look at the B/S/T forums that is about as repetitive as it can get. People bump their threads, the same threads almost daily. I'm one of them! When you gotta sell you gotta sell!

 

Just wait till TF4

 

The movies scared off most the long-term fans who got bored or annoyed at constant new fans bickering about whether the movie is good... most those who joined after the movies were either too young or not interested enough in the film to go and check the forums or website.

In short... yes... and it'll get worse the longer the movie series continues as we slowly lose old fans and gain new ones who are either young or unlikely to visit the page.

(I'm noting the movie series in particular however this really can apply to all forms of Transformers media)

 

I'm sure we'll have something else to have a new batch of circular arguments about soon.

 

this forum will get more energetic soon as this new movie according to Mr bay is going to be some sort of departure or change from the previous ones which never fails to start arguments and discussion amongst fans.

Prime, General discussion, non transformer stuff and even the comic forums are still very busy, maybe this could be an excuse to take take a wonder down some of the forums you would never normally visit?

 

The departure Bay means is that it will focus around a different set of human characters and probably with a new villain for atleast part or all of the film.

Prime will die out over the course of 2013-2014 as the new toy redesigns seem to have sparked some degree of hatred amongst fans - and thus will probably mean that they might stop watching the show.

No,It was hyped up a bit when I joined on May.Since I became a GTA fan I stopped coming here as much as I used to until the TPF season finale.I then noticed every time that I came there were only 2 or 3 members online on this forum.
