dodgy ebay members who are possibly or may have frequented here ?

not sure if the right place to post but im sure you guys like me appriciate a heads up when ever the oppertunity

these 2 ebayers ripped me off for the tune of 3 diaclone vans 9604's

    snow-blind and *dans*la*cite*des*phylacteres*

2nd one aka dhaussy from france did the old item not recieved chestnut... i recieved info from royal mail to say the item had been delivered but pp still went ahead and refunded my money usual trick

the 1st one a real gem... snow-blind aka zhu yanyi from china... i sent him a diaclone van mib... he said it never arrived too... he put in a claim same trick usual stuff then for some reason i decided to take pity on him as he was quite genuine on the emails... so i refunded him and then made the stupid mistake of sending him another... only this time i sent the item recorded!
he then gave it the old chestnut its not arrived, i ran the track info through royal mail and it said the postal service had attempted a delivery and as the item had to be signed for it was sitting in the local depo waiting to be collected.
so im thinking if the 2nd one was a non delivery surely the 1st one would be sat there too... you can guess the outcome.... snow-blind now has my full refund and 2 x diaclone vans mib

both a bunch of scum bags and its a good job hes so far away or id be on a plane to get my refund in person...like i had to do one time with a german guy
so the french guy may yet get a knock on his door one day ;)

mods please move around if need be, just thought id share some dirty laundry
not sure if these guys are here or some of you may have dealings with them

    merry xmas

BINGO. Been reading and watching too many members get screwed by paypal's policies so I've considered myself forewarned.

I wouldn't want to put a blanket statement out there saying shipping Internationally is extremely bad and should always be avoided but there are a few countries that have either bad postal systems (Italy is known for a really slow, slow, slow postal system) or a high percentage of people who are out to scam you (in my experience China). I'm sure there are honest people all over but you have to take precautions as a seller. Only send parcels that are tracked and insured unless you don't care if the item is lost. Granted insurance isn't full proof either as I've found out. The days of blind trust between buyer and seller is over unless you know the party on the other end.

    Always try and protect yourself.
