Do any of you guy's rename your figures? I just recently purchased my holiest of holy-grail Transformers, the CHROMED Kaltor. As I have the black Kaltor, I thought it was silly to have two Kaltors even though one is black and one is chrome. So, I was thinking of renaming the chromed one Chrono. Chrono is a term used for time, and sounds close to chrome so I think it will suit him just fine. Anyway, how many of you rename your figures? Or do you just stick with it's original name?
Well, Autobot Ratchet and Autobot Jazz are just called Ratchet and Jazz. I've got some knock-offs that I sorta think of as fill-ins for characters I don't have an official figure of. So, TransformSuperVanguard Jeep (#1 for Kids!) is Rollbar. My camo-deco Megatron Cyberjet is currently called Waspinator. But making up names? Not really. I'd just call them things like Jeff and Clive and Wobbly.
You like the idea of Chrono and Kaltor as brothers? What do you think of the name Chrono? I like it............... Just seems silly to have two "twins" with the same name. Makes me wonder why Takara didn't give the chromed version a different name anyway.
Yep, but mainly for two different characters in the same story universe. So the BW Silverbolt eagle TF is Air Raid to me.

Damn, all of a sudden I want to go to the Outback Steakhouse for some reason! PS, I hate Liver! Yes, I'd like an Optimus Prime well done, a Ratchet and Twins........ Oh, and a large wheelie! I think I've re named almost every movie TF I own aside from bludgeon, first movie stealth bumblebee is snake eyes for example.
I rename some of my TF's like animated snarl is slag,like his g1 predecessor.another is G1 Jetfire is now Skyfire (I don't know why hasbro chose that name for the figure when they used skyfire for the tv character),and finally ROTF Skids is now TADA!! Oilslick partially cause of the BP news and also cause he is kinda slick.Thats all and later.

Sometimes, like when I got Spy Changers Prowl and Jazz, I already had a Prowl and Jazz though. So I renamed Spychangers Prowl into Bluestreak, and Spychangers Jazz into Smokescreen.
Another figure I've been thinking about, is when I collect the rest of the Masterpiece screamers, I tend to pick up Thundercracker, Wal-Mart cartoon-colored accurate Starscream, Takara Green-Starscream, and Ghost Starscream. What would be a good name for the Green-Starscream? Greenscream would be just too easy.
I'm gonna re-name my PCC figs from Huffer, Searchlight, Bombshock, and Skyburst to Swindle, Vortex, Brawl, and Blast-Off when I finish getting them re-painted...I just need to find that perfect Onslaught...
