I have noticed in every thread about a particular character, toyline, subtype; there are always a few posts that says "they have no interest in this line/character/toy and they will be skipping this" or "the toy looks ugly how can anybody like this?" or "wish they had made xyz instead of this toy".

I have also been guilty of doing this. I am trying to find why? Why cant we just skip these threads and talk about stuff that is interesting to us? Why do we feel the need to go in a thread and put down the enthusiasm and optimism of the other participants?

Seems a lot of people do just to say, "This looks like shit." Wonderful contributions, that.

People relish negativity. Everyone's on a roll praising a figure left an right an the vibe is going good then you get the D bag that says " the colors off , it's hollow in places where it shouldn't be , an it's waaay overpriced for what it is ". Like really dude? Get outta here with that shit.
