    I was watching disney cars earlier and there is a character called Dj in it who is a tuned dark blue and green car who has speakers everywhere. Do you think this could of inspired animated soundwave? (the colours are exactly the same and everything)

    Animated Soundwave isn't green, and DJ doesn't have the retro-tape player motif. Or the transforming keytar and guitar.

    I think Soundwave was more inspired by his G1 self. When I re=watched cars a couple weeks ago, I thought the exact same thing, but I think it is just a coinsidence.

    You really think DISNEY, of all people, inspired the design for ANIMATED SOUNDWAVE?!?!?!?! Whst is WRONG with you, man?!?!?!

    If anything, an early design by Don Figueroa showed a "Classics Soundwave" in the same type of vehicle. There's a chance that design inspired Animated.

    The fact that a Disney character and a Transformer are the same general car and color is simply coincedence.
