I feel your pain. sliced same finger in almost the same spot just 1 month ago. Mine made it to the bone and took 6 stitches. Unfortunately, mine was from working on a minicon Classics Pipes and not something as major as your creation. Happy healing, and in the words of ET, "Ouch".
