    Hello,

I started developing a display stand for my figures, and have recently launched a web store for my creation. I have a few adapters for Transformers, and would like some input as to what would be most helpful.

Other than making a specific adapter for each item (which I was currently working on for a few of my own), are there "catch all" shapes that may help with a broad assortment of figures? I created a simple 5mm peg adapter to start, but not every figure has good placement of 5mm ports for posing.

    Thanks for looking.

Currently these are laser cut acrylic. I'd like to move to injection molding, but there is a hefty up front cost in doing so. The benefit of injection molding would be the reduced cost per part. This is something I am working towards.

I started with group buys over at macrossworld.com. You are getting what you pay for. These are high quality, and very versatile.

Here is a setup from user wmkjr [at Macrossworld]

And they hold a considerable amount of weight. I am not really advocating them to be used for deluxe class robots. I have entertained, and am considering a YetiStand mini.

Someone on macrossworld lent me their Jetfire to make adapters for YetiStand. I had already made one for the new Hasbro Jetfire. They look pretty cool in tandem.

I have bought several of these. They are fantastic. So many configurations possible and they can take so much weight it's not funny.

    Highly recommended :)

If you are who I am thinking you are, thank you for all of your orders! If you are capable of doing so, I would really like to see how you are using the stands. It is interesting to me what configurations people come up with. Post'em here, or shoot me a pm!

I added a 5mm peg adapter. Are there any other peg sizes that would be useful?

I'd love to see stands for 1/4 scale NECA figures. Notably the TMNT figures. They're super heavy and not at all stable in dynamic poses. NECA has even said they do not plan on doing any kind of stand or support for this scale. Just an idea. When I finalize my displays up and have some more cash flow I'm probably going to order some stuff from you. It all looks amazing.

    The yes's:
    1/48 DX VF-1J
    1/60 Valkyrie Factory VF-1S

    The working on it's:
    Zeta Toys Kronos Aerialbots

The don't have but am willing to's (I just don't have these on hand to measure and model yet):
    Fanstoys Phoenix
    Fanstoys Quietus
    Fanstoys Apache
    Fanstoys Hydra
    DX9 Richthofen
    XTB Klaatu

I'm close to something for the zeta aerialbots. They all have a spring loaded 5mm port in their waist similar to the toyworld coneheads (I have adapters for those). I just need to make sure the adapters are more secure than just a short 5mm peg.

    PM me with any questions.

Ok. Thanks. I know the FT items need stands bad. Hopefully you'll be able to get loaner copies at some point.

Someone has lent me theirs, and I am currently working on an adapter. They also sent me some other FT figures, and I will be making adapters for those as well. Stay tuned!
